How much is Toast Print?
Toast Print is free when you sign up and you can stay on this free subscription forever.
To enjoy extra features and benefits, you can elect to upgrade to our Premium Printer Subscription.

Do you need my credit card at the point of sign up?
No. You do not need to disclose your credit card information at the point sign up. Your credit card information is only needed if you decide to upgrade to a Premium Printer after signing up.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Toast Print is a pay as you go service. You are not locked in with any long-term contracts - you simply pay by the month. If you decide to cancel, you can always downgrade to the Free Subscription and you will never be charged again.
How do I renew my subscription?
If you are on Free Subscription, your account never expires.
If you are on Premium Printer Subscription, your account is renewed each month automatically. Your credit card will be charged on the day the subscription expires. For example, if you first signed up to the Premium Printer Subscription on the 16th Jan, you will be charged again on the 16th Feb.
If you no longer want to be on Premium Printer Subscription, you can cancel your subscription prior to the renewal day to avoid being charged again.
What types of payment do you accept? Do you accept PayPal, POs or payment by cheque?
At the moment, we accept Visa and Mastercard online. Currently we do not accept PayPal, although plans to include this is in the pipeline. As we only accept online payments at this time, we will not be able to accept a PO, cheque or take an order over the phone.
What happens at the point of renewal if my credit card is out of funds or has expired?
Not to worry, we will send you a courtesy reminder and you will have fourteen (14) days to resolve the matter. You can simply login to Toast Print and key in a new credit card number within this 14 days. During this period, you will stay on your Premium Printer Subcription. However, if you fail to resolve the matter within this period, you will be automatically downgraded to Free Subscription.
Where can I find our invoices or get a copy of an invoice?
Every time your credit card is charged, an invoice will be automatically sent to your email. Alternatively, you can login to your Toast Print account, and see a history of your past invoices.
Where can I update or change my credit card?
You can update your credit card details anytime by logging into your Toast Print account.
