What is feedback and why is it important?

After every job that you have completed with a designer, you can request for feedback with the click of a button. The designer will rate your service under the following 4 aspects:

• Quality
• Customer Service
• Speed
• Value for Money

Optionally, the designer may also enter a testimonial for that particular job, which other designers in the community will be able to see when choosing a printer for their print job.

These scores are used to rank you against other printers during a designer's selection of printers for their jobs. The higher your score, the greater your chance of getting new print jobs. Doing a good job will earn you an extra mile in Toast Print.

Other factors that can affect your score include how quickly you respond with quotes on average, how often you are unable to submit a quote and how competitive your prices are amongst other printers.
