How will I be notified when I receive a new job?
When a designer places a job and chooses you as one of the suppliers for a quote request, you will receive the job straight into your inbox (sent to the email address that you used for signing up).

How do I contact the designer?
After receiving a job, you will be able to correspond with the designer using our messaging mechanism. Whenever a designer sends you a message, you will be notified by email, and you will also be able to make replies within Toast Print.
If your quote has been chosen by the designer, the designer's contact details (Full name, Contact Number and Email) will be made available to you (sent to your email, and also kept in record inside Toast Print).
What information will be included in the job?
Depending on the type of print job chosen (e.g. business card, calendar), the designer will be guided to enter information such as dimension, paper stock, colour, coating, and any other additional printing services (eg. spot UV, die-cut, emboss).
The designer can specify up to 3 quantities for quote, and they will also enter the delivery suburb/postcode so that you can take into account the delivery fees. Further to that, the designer can include any additional comments and instructions with the job.
Finally, the designer may upload a corresponding artwork for the job, which you can use as reference for preparing your quote.
How do I submit a quotation?
You will login to Toast Print with your username and password to submit a quotation.
Each quotation consists of the printing cost, delivery cost, turnaround time, terms and any additional information you may wish the designer to take note of (e.g. exact paper stock to be used, whether the designer needs to pay upfront).
How do I follow up on a job?
You will login to Toast Print with your username and password and message the designer using our messaging mechanism.
What happens after a designer selects my quote?
We will send the designer's contact details to you and you will be able to liaise with the designer directly on remaining procedures (e.g. how the job will be delivered, payment terms).
